Your package will be delivered within 2 - 5 Working Days. This is a fully tracked 1st class service and includes a dispatch confirmation email.
It is essential that you enter the correct delivery information into the checkout. We operate a fully integrated system whereby the precise delivery information that is entered into the checkout is what appears on your Order Confirmation and in turn your Shipping Label - Mall Road do not edit or review this information between Checkout and Dispatch. Mall Road can therefore not accept any responsibility for any error or omission in the Delivery Information that appears on the Shipping Label. If a package is lost or delivered to the incorrect property due to an error on the shipping label the entire responsibility of this remains with the individual who entered the information into the checkout.

ENTERING ADDRESS INFORMATION WHEN SHIPPING WITH ROYAL MAIL
- Entering detailed address information: When entering delivery information on the Mall Road Design website please enter your full address and make sure it is entered correctly. This is to help with the delivery and to ensure your package is with you as soon as possible.
- Postcodes: Mall Road Design highly recommend that customers include Postcodes when entering their delivery details. This is to ensure fast, effective delivery.
- Contact number: Mall Road strongly advises that customers enter a contact number to help with the delivery process. This number will only be used if our Courier company is having a problem during the delivery process.
Please note that incorrect / incomplete address information may result in longer than expected delivery times.
ORDER HANDLING TIMES
Mall Road takes great pride in our next day delivery service for Ireland; however, this might not always be possible. Delivery times stated do not include Handling time for us to process your order. Handling Times may apply and can occasionally be 1-2 Working days and increase beyond that at peak times such as Sale times or the Christmas period. This should be considered if you require the item(s) for a specific date and are placing your order at a peak time.

Bank holidays are not classified as delivery days, please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Ireland/UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

RETURNING YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE VIA POST
Our Returns Policy: We promise to exchange or refund any items purchased online that you are not completely happy with, when you return them to us at the return address, in saleable condition, within 14 days of purchase.
What you need to do to return your goods: Please return by post your unwanted item(s) along with the paperwork that you received in your parcel. Please be aware that this paperwork is your proof-of-purchase and our returns team will be unable to accept your return if this paperwork is not supplied.
All Online Orders being returned to our Online Store are subject to the Terms & Conditions of Return outlined below.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RETURN
All items must be in resellable condition: All items must be returned with all relevant packaging, barcode tags, labelling, branding etc. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund. We reserve the right to withhold exchange, credit or refund if the item is visibly worn, damaged or is any condition that we deem renders the item unfit for resale. Any shoes returned to Mall Road must not be worn, and must be returned in their original box. Please be careful when trying products on ensuring that you are not wearing makeup, perfume, or deodorant which may leave marks on the product. We will only accept products returned to us in their original condition.
Returning items to us: In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt, garments received after the 14 days will be entitled to an exchange to the value of the garment returned. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If something went wrong: If the product that you receive is faulty, or not what you purchased, then please simply write this on your dispatch note and return it along with the item(s) to us. We will need to know the reason for the return and whether you require us to resolve the issue by redispatching the item, or refunding you.
EXCHANGES VIA POST
We can only process an exchange of size when you return via post (subject to availability). Please specify the size you would like to exchange to by leaving a note on your order documents.
If you would like to exchange to a different product (subject to availability) this can also be done by leaving a note on your order documents. If there is a difference in price our customer service team will be in contact to process a refund or get payment for the balance of the order.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
All refunds are processed within 24hrs of the goods being received by us. The length of time which refunds take to show in your account may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
Please note: We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs for returned items.
