Foot Length: Place your foot on a flat surface, ensuring your heel is against a wall or a straight edge. Place a ruler beside your foot and measure from your heel to your longest toe.
SIZE SELECTION
If you're between shoe sizes, go for the size up and add an insole.

Please can you tell me if this Gemma Trainer is true to size. I am size 4 normally but have been known with some brands to have had to go down in size.
