Royal Mail 1st Class (3 - 5 Working Days)
Royal Mail: Your package will be delivered within 3-5 Working Days. This is a 1st class fully tracked service and includes a dispatch confirmation email.
ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IN THE CHECKOUT
It is essential that you enter the correct delivery information into the checkout. We operate a fully integrated system whereby the precise delivery information that is entered into the checkout is what appears on your Order Confirmation and in turn your Shipping Label - Mall Road do not edit or review this information between Checkout and Dispatch. Mall Road can therefore not accept any responsibility for any error or omission in the Delivery Information that appears on the Shipping Label. If a package is lost or delivered to the incorrect property due to an error on the shipping label the entire responsibility of this remains with the individual who entered the information into the checkout.

ENTERING ADDRESS INFORMATION WHEN SHIPPING WITH FASTWAY
- ENTERING DETAILED ADDRESS INFORMATION: When entering delivery information on the Mall Road Website please enter your full address and make sure it is entered correctly. This is to help our courier company with the delivery and to ensure your package is with you as soon as possible.
- EIRCODES / POSTCODES: Mall Road and Fastway Couriers both recommend that customers include Eircode’s/Postcodes when entering their delivery details. This is to ensure fast, effective delivery.
- REQUIREMENT FOR HOUSE NUMBER: We do understand that many properties in Ireland, particularly in rural areas, do not have house numbers. However, it is essential that any address that does not contain a house number is particularly detailed including the Street Name, Townland, Town, County and Eircode.
- Contact Number: Mall Road strongly advises that customers enter a contact number to help with the delivery process. This number will only be used if our Courier company is having a problem during the delivery process.
Please note that incorrect / incomplete address information may result in longer than expected delivery times.
ORDER HANDLING TIMES
Mall Road takes great pride in our next day delivery service for Ireland; however, this might not always be possible. Delivery times stated do not include Handling time for us to process your order. Handling Times may apply and can occasionally be 1-2 Working days and increase beyond that at peak times such as Sale times or the Christmas period. This should be considered if you require the item(s) for a specific date and are placing your order at a peak time.
